Australian Property Account™ Pty Ltd reserves the right to remove any Property Account™ from its database of account holders or refuse to create a Property Account™ if the information relating to the ownership of a property is incorrect or out of date before or after the creation of a Property Account™

B. Owners

Only the registered owner/s of a given property is able to request registered inclusion to Australian Property Account™ facility and be associated to the eventual content of the Web Site relating to that property. Australian Property Account™ may remove your information at anytime based on public information about the legal ownership of the property you have a ‘Property Account’ for.

C. Accuracy of information

Relating to the information you provide Australian Property Account™:

I agree to join the Australian Property Account™ website facility by submitting information that is true and correct including the knowing that I am, the or, a legal or registered owner of the property I am requesting association with.

D. Relating to the information Australian Property Account™ supplies subscribers, members and public users:

I understand that the Estimated Current Value promoted in the Account Status is subject to change due to market fluctuations and is in no way to be understood as a valuation or guarantee relating to exact or eventual financial gains or losses, or is the Estimated Current Value or associated ‘Gain’ an exact example relating to a potential or official sale of a property.
I acknowledge and accept that Australian Property Account™ has no control over real estate market fluctuations and how that affects the Estimated Current Value or associated ‘Gain’ in the Account Status area of this web site

D. Reliance on Information

Australian Property Account™ can only provided information to you relating to the property you are requesting information about, based on the information you provide when creating a Property Account™. Australian Property Account™ Pty Ltd is not responsible for that information provided and it is the responsibility of the home owner to update any information so it is accurate.
This website has been created in good faith and with all reasonable care. Parts of the content is derived from sources other than and including Australian Property Account™ and which Australian Property Account™ Pty Ltd relies upon third parties to be accurate and current as at the date published.
